I had reason to call Outsurance this morning re my policy. I struck lucky and spoke to a Jaun Jacobs who long-term advised me and actually helped me save money on a premium! Amazing when you think of all the bad reports some other insurance companies get. In all the years we've been with Outsurance - we can only commend them for their excellent service.
