CALL CENTER VERY SLOW AND INCORRECT

To whom it may concern.
I called ebanking call center number 086 000 7070 and not only did I need to wait for 17 minutes on the line before Reberto can assist me, but when he finally did the information that he provided was incorrect.

I made an inquery about a debitorder that is running on my account. All I needed was the companies contact details, but the number that I received from Reberto was incorrect.

Interestingly enough I called FNB with exactly the same kind of enquery about another debit order, they answered within 3 minutes on the line with the digital voice informing me that they are handling high volume of calls.
Maybe just maybe their customer service is better than my current time wasting bank.
