I recently opened a new car insurance on 27 february 2013 and the time period given by the salesman (sashi if that is correct) was not as per the manager (bhavna from durban) who admitted to the error but just blatently told me the unit cannot be given as per the way the salesman explained. I have contacted the offices on more than 4 occasions and spoke to various persons on 22/25/26/27 march 2013 and used all my own airtime, all that is said it cannot be rectified, now i have committed to this product offered by dial direct and having so early problems, what will happen when i breakdown along the road, i fear the worst.
please if any person wants to take this deal be absolutely sure you know what you are letting you in and fully understand the proper processes,
Product -open a new policy and you are given a tom tom gps as the deal which i am still waiting for.
