About 70% of my salary was debited without my cons

I owed FNB some money and we were not able to reach some agreements on repayments due to the nature of my job. They usually debited a small amount of money for the repayment when ever there is money in to my account even though we never agreed on that. Today the 23-08-2013 they debited 70% of my salary which is 12 times more than they usually debited. My kids won't have food because of this issue and when I call them they put me from one department to another whilst I am calling them with my last money on my cell phone.
