I contacted One Plan to request my PIN for my One Card. Apparently this is not an easy issue to solve as I had to scan and email the front and back of my card which I duly did.
A week later and 2 more emails to One Plan proved fruitless.
So i had to make yet another call only to be told my query had been escalated.
I contacted the person who the issue had been escaleted to as well as his supervisor and gave them an hour to respond to me. Guess what?..they didn't!!!
SHOCKING SERVICE! I'm quite sure that if my monthly payment doesn't go through, they will quickly contact me!
I am now having to decide where to take my business!!
