Your advertise a product

Your advertise Share Saver account, I personally when into FNB Bracken City, Alberrton to open FNB Account as I am a STANDARD BANK CUSTOMER. Your staff in the branch opened the saving account, but the Share Saver I was told to do it online at Home. I have been trying on line for the last three days. It keeps on showing OFF LINE. I then left my contact details online to be phoned back, still waiting. I then phone the call centre, what a joke, the staff keep on transfering me to diff. depts. Then my contact details was taken and until now, I was never contacted. BUT THE BIG JOKE IS, I WENT INTO THE BRACKEN CITY BRANCH THIS MORNING, AFTER WAITING FOR 25 MINUTES TO SEE A CONSULTANT, SHE CAN'T EVEN GET ONLINE AFTER TRYING FOR 20 MINUTES, it kept saying my pin is wrong and then the acc.no was wrong t f. She told me I will have to try again later. I left the branch got to the office and tried again and it still shows OFFLINE. Your consultant also said that this is normal for month-end??? I worked for another bank for 21 years and I have never experienced this. WHAT A JOKE FOR YOUR SHARE SAVER OR ANY OTHER INVESTMENT ACCOUNT WE TRY to get into.
