I Made a payment through EFT and there was an error somewhere in the system. I phoned the call center to try and get it fixed. The call center took forever and kept putting me on hold. Eventually I told the consultant that my airtime was going to run out and she needed to call me back. She had my ID number and all my details. I said I needed to be called back about 3 times. My phoned died like I said it would, My payment issue has not been fixed and the bank has not called me back. Now I am going to be homeless, so thank you Nedbank. This is banking error is the 7th up on my account since I opened it less than 3 months ago. My recommendation is that if you bank with Nedbank you should stop because when you need your money you won't be able to use it. They have also failed to acceptably address and close 5 of my 7 complaints. In summary awful service from a terrible bank.
