Hi,
I made an instant payment on my internet banking on 6 September 2013 to a client who needed the money urgently. The payment is still showing as pending after 4 weeks. I've contacted Nedbank client services several times and spoke to the following person: Thethelela Gasa with reference number: 6462797921
Nedbank has failed to get back to me or resolve my issue.
I've been a client for almost 20 years but find this unacceptable. I am also therefore going to switch to FNB
