Loyal customer being passed from pillar to post

I am in the process of purchasing another vehicle which i intend on using as a runaround, having previously received such fantastic service from Wesbank with my previous car purchases, i thought Wesbank would come through for me again. What i have experienced is that they are unwilling to assist me and i am being passed from one person to another and no one has willingly helped me as yet. This for me is the kick in back for wanting to be a loyal customer. Yesterday i got approval for my loan at PRIME PLUS 7%, today they reduced it to Prime Plus 2%.

My Current vehicle which is financed through Wesbank has a rate of Prime Minus 0.5 so i cant understand why they are not matching or even bettering the deal. The dealership wont let me deal directly with the wesbank agent, but Iv called wesbank three times and no one is willing to help or assist me.

Your competitor is willing to give me a better interest rate, so i dont understand how Wesbank cant come to the party...
