On the 16th September 2013 I logged a complaint about my previous estate agents, I first sent an email to their email [Email Removed] and nothing happened, then on the 19th September 2013 I called their line (086 number), then a guy by the name of Bester Fepane picked up the phone and I explained to him the whole story i.e about the email and he was not friendly. I sent him the same details. He promised to follow up and come back to me but nothing happened. On the 30th September 2013 at 07:48, I sent him an email again asking if he is receiving my emails, The only time that he responded to my emails was when I asked him. He said they have contacted managing agent seeking clarity and he will get back to me (23 Sep at 14:26). He kept quite again for 3 days. I sent him an email again on the 26th Sep at 07:52. He responded again with an attitude saying. "he was not in the office and He Will (again) contact the managing agent. i.e. the same thing he said he will do on the 23rd. Hollard is more expensive comparing to other legal insurances but their service is very poor I even want to cancel my policy and move to other insurances.
