Stapleton called me immediately after I sent an online quote request and after speaking to him just once I decided to move our insurance to First For Women and not even bother looking at anyone else.
The quote was extremely reasonable, the cover offered is really great and very comprehensive and I decided that if Stapleton is any reflection of the company's service and attitude I'll be very happy.
I kept modifying the policy and making changes and Stapleton really went the extra mile to accommodate my requests. I don't know how many times he had to call me back, but he always did and throughout all our phone calls he was extremely friendly, amazingly patient and fantastically helpful.
