We have a HL with standard for the past 7 years, recently we applied for credit assist we were told to wait for 15 days for a response. Well 15 days have past we are in our 19th day already and still no response. My husband have phoned them numerous times and he was told to wait for the division manager to call. We do not know the status of our application. A prompt response would be highly appreciated regarding this issue. We hardly sleep because we are anxious to know what will happen.
