I applied for a personal loan and was declined. A month later they DEBIT R49.99 off my account. I called and the woman on the phone was extremely rude.
On the application form they didn't make it clear at all that I gave them permission to debit money from my account. It was unexpected when I saw there was a debit order by EC Finance.
They are cheating people!!! The reason they decline was simply "afford". Who knows what that means.
