Unauthorised debit orders

My bank account was debitted with R99, 00 and R 400, 00 for stoporders which I never authorised, I had to pay a further R70, 00 to cancell the stop orders to Sage (a company who manages debit orders) for a company calling itself Amani. I want to be reimbursed as the bank never had authority to allow this debit order from me as the customer, the bank is compliscent in this and shouldve made sure if the debit order was valid/authorised by their custome
