I had an accident over the weekend. Upon calling AB Brokers (my broker) they said that they would get someone from affinity to call me. They called a few hours later and sent me claim documents to fill in. I did this and returned them. Since then, I have not heard from them. I am without a rental car (which I have been paying for) and still don't know what is to happen with my damaged car. This is the first time that I have ever had to deal with an insurance company and I am disappointed with the service to say the least. Pull up your socks!
