I have just had a R399 debit taken from my bank account by Loan Locator. All I did was an online query and I didn't complete their application form forwarded to me. With great arrogance on calling the call centre I am told that by completing the only query I agreed to the R399 payment, this of course is untrue. Talk about taking advantage of people. This is supposed to be a service company that assists people financially, not take monies from their banking accounts. DISGUSTING!!
