I am registered for telephone banking for more than 7 years. Tonight when I requested a debit order to be send back I was informed that I am no longer registered for Telephone banking???
How is this possible if I never cancelled the service???
I am unable to go into a branch for the next week due to work responsibilities and a debit order must be reversed within 5 days. How will ABSA resolve this???
