After only having problems after problem with absa we wanted to cancel our account on Saturday, but then standing at inquiries we decided to give it one more month before we cancel. Today I needed to log in to my internet banking to make important payments only to find out that my online banking have been cancelled regardless of me telling them that we are not going to cancel now. So once again, ABSA is preventing me from once again attending to my responsibilities. We have more than one complaint against them in less than a year, clearly there is no space for improvement or satisfaction. Debit order switching was a mess up thanks to absa and we got listed, deduction of 450 000 on our bond once again bad credit listing, authorization on accounts not correct and now this???
