On saturday after work our car would not start. upon phoning the call centre for roadside assistance i was helped by a lady named Lucia. within minutes the tow truck was despatched and we received a call every few minutes to check if we were safe whilst waiting for the tow truck to arrive. What a pleasnt surprised to deal with an insurance company that is efficient, friendly and genuinely concerned for our well being! thank you auto and general! You by far surpass the rest!
