I called to query a claim by a certain Dr, Khethiwe was very professional, patient and knowledgeable with the subject, I appreciate the way she explained ten process step by step and was even patient to repeat where I could not understand, she was calm and cool. She promised to send me some information and by the time I dropped the phone the information was in my email. South Africa needs more of her kind and Bonitas made a good investment in employing her.
