EXCELLENT SERVICE

I just want to say that each time I visit Telkom in Tygervalley I always ask for Anneline Nel.

She is the only one that treats customers with the utmost respect and always gives excellent customer service. She makes you feel that you are import and not like you are just another customer she should help and get rid of to help the next one. Always friendly, very patient with your query and actually listens to you without interrupting you.

I was at the branch on 13 January 2014, only to find she is on sick leave and will be returning on 15 January 2014. I asked my question (stupidly) to someone else and only received a number I should phone, 10217. I was on the line for exactly 30 minutes getting transferred from one person to the next without any success.

I went back to the branch when she was there and received the service I'm use to. She helped me with my queries, spoke to the relevant persons I couldn't get hold of and resolved it for me.

Just wanted to thank you, Anneline Nel, for your excellent service and hope you stay around for another few years.
