Your IT department but the was no feedback 48hours later.
you on the other hand managed to resolve my query and educate me as your customer In a few hours of
telephonic contact with you is impressive.
I strongly believe your an asset to your company and hope they can reward you accordingly. This matter was escalated to [Email Removed]
And the was no feedback or even acknowledgement that email was received, I understand that's the last point if queries not resolved but did not get any feedback
What so ever from that person is disappointing.
