AGAIN- No Response

AGAIN!!! No response from standard bank... Sent a secure message on wednesday, 20/03/2013, and still no feedback. I do realise that thursday was a public holiday, but friday wasn't. Very frustrating to deal with a bank, where you need to put your entire life on hold to get a simple transaction done.
