I contacted King price in an effort to claim for my lost cell phone, i spoke to Michelle who was supposed to speak to the sales manager to confirm details i needed in order to claim. it is 3 days later and i havent received a call back. no body has captured the claim as yet or called with any feedback. i am extremely frustrated as all i want is an answer to i know my wat forward. lack of feedback is the numbr onhe reason for clients cancelling their pocliy. i would appreciate for someone to call me back as soon as possible.
