WASTE OF MY TIME

Good day

I have managed to block my internet banking log on and have tried to follow the online steps to change it myself but on numerous occasions the web page doesnt load from VARIOUS locations.

I then proceeded to phone the online banking assistance tellephone number: 0875720000 - which tells me the number doesnt exist... i then call general enquiries : 0875759404 - which gives me the option to go to internet banking assistance wich i selected the option wich then takes me through to a voice trecording the number you have dialed does not exist???
so i call another number for lost and cards: 0113691189 wich when answered is a silent call...

I have now wasted about R15 airtime to call you and i get no satisfaction??

Im used to FNB's IMPECCABLE service whats going on?
