Debiting money without authorisation

I'm highly disappointed in STBank. I have a personal loan with STBank and they are supposed to debit my instalments from my FNB Account. Out of the blue, they debited R1500 from my STbank Savings account!!! I am moving into a new flat in April and require R3100 for a deposit and now I can't pay it due to STBank taking money from my account. I especially put money away for the deposit and I'll be homeless in April thanks to STBank as I have to be out of my current flat end March. And then the call centre agent still tells me to apply for a short term loan. NEVER!! I am closing my STBank account ASAP and moving to another bank. Who says in the future they might just take money from my account again without my authorization. You're not inproving lives, but destroying lives.
