NSFAS
No statement for more than a year!

Hi,

I'm still trying to pay of my NSFAS account and for the last year have tried accessing my account and statement online and have never been able to see where it stands. Apart from that I am trying to update my credentials for example receiving my statements by email, employer details and address but all with no success. What is the issue? dont they want me to pay?
