Takes forever to get my car fixed

My car rear got damaged in October 2013 & I placed my first claim. I followed all & did what they asked. Got my car assessed in 3 days. Waited for their panel beater to contact me. Riverside Auto finally contacted me & said I can bring my car in on 13 11 2013. Riverside contacted me & said that if I bring it in I would have to leave it in over the holidays, I said no & wait for New Year. They will contact me in to make new appointment. Never heard from them. I phone Outsurance & got another panel beat they were just as. After making several more phone calls finally got my car into Riverside Auto that is 15km away from my home & work in Fourways. I was told it will take 15 working days & I have just found out it is going to take another 5 days to complete after phoning 6 times to find out. I have been without a car for almost a month! Driving around with a broken light & bumper for almost 4 months. Is that road worthy?! You say it was not a priority. What is going on Outsurance? I have to phone you constantly & not getting any response straight away. Why was I given 1 option for panel beater? Your advert is, you don't bend over backwards.
