I have logged a call numerious of times re my substitution and the way its been handled. I have been sent from pillar to post and yet no payments were made to me which I need to pay over to the people I bought out. I have made it quite clear from inception that I want to buy out the 2 parties and that therefore the account 36328210 had to carried over to my name and I then out of the proceeds (payments done over the 3-4years) Needs to be paid out so that I can pay the people I bought out. I then took a further loan of 95k for renovations and that with the substitution was registered the 13 Feb 2013. Only the 95k and 25 Re-advance which I queried was paid out but not the proceeds of the 675k that was the old bond amount. WHY WHY WHY do this BANK not communicate! I then had a call from the Pregstige banking department in tygermanor who made appoinment with me and when I got there the banker was too busy to show up for the appointment and a collegue had to help out. They helped with the bond query and assured me to not worry they will keep me informed. Its been two weeks since I phoned Nicole (who I do not even have a card for) and no ph call back. Is this the treatment?
