Hold on my Account for no reason

I wanted to withdraw money at the atm. What a surprise, money in but the system says no. Called the call centre as I now can understand why the lines was queing inside the bank so that you could not even open the door. No visible notes as to why, none what so ever. I am furious. Whoever put the hold on, do you think that I do not also have a job and that your stupidity will end in me taking time off to go sort your mess out. Make this happen. This is the second time this happened and the first time you were updating personal information, What about picking up the phone and call me!! If this is the case for the second time, so help me I will take this further. Seeing that I am also in the financial industry, I will for sure take this further!! How pathetic!! Just make this right
