I had my keys broken inside the security gate sometime in January 2013 and I used the services of Standard Bank Summer Cover managed by Europe Assistance South Africa, as a loyal Standard Bank client, the call out fee was free, the keys got fixed at no charge to me. When disaster wants to happen sometimes it's like summer rain. Recently I had my water pressure valve broken and was leaking water so much I feared the bill was going to jump through the roof but one phone call to Standard Bank / Europe Assistance got my problem solved. I only had to buy a new valve and the call out fee was on them despite having a plumber coming to my place twice as the other valve did not work well. I thought the second call out would be on my account but again, thanks to the professionalism of these guys. They actually haunted me with calls to ensure the service is done at my premise. Keep it up guys, and I wish if it could be changed to 24/7/365 Cover - (lol) But all of you who made an effort to call me even on Sundays, I greatly appreciate it so much - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
