Shocking Service

Claim No: 105998383. I logged a claim via online submission on 16-12-13 morning. No response. You offer a 24-7 service that I pay for but do not deliver. 17-12-13 I had to call you guys to get service. Tow truck driver was late for appointed time, I had to drive my broken down car, at his insistence, to the front gate so he can tow it. I advised him I will accept no responsibility for further damage to the vehicle. Then days pass with no contact. It is now the 23-12-13 and I am still calling you guys to get answers. I laid a complaint about not being contacted or provided feedback on Friday and it is still not happening. Also I am getting conflicting stories from different consultants. Listen to the calls and get your stories straight. What is really annoying and upsetting me is that if I had called a tow truck and taken it to a repair centre on my own I would probably have had my car back by last week Wednesday 18-12-13 or Thursday 18-12-13. Today, 23-12-13 I spoke to Zandi and Sakhile and they have not assisted me or called me back at requested times. I fully expect OUTsurance to honour what your consultant (you hired and represents you) advised me on Friday
