I would like to thank Nonhlanlhla Ngwenya and Glenda Wood for the excellent feedback and resolution on my claim. I have been with Santam for a couple of years and moved to Discovery in last year. I have never claimed from any insurance company but in February 2013 I incurred a loss on my household cover, not too sure if I should claim I eventually decided to do so. After I logged the claim I received a request to submit the required information and documents. I only submitted it a week later on Monday. On Tuesday I received an e-mail to say my claim is settled. At 18:30 Tuesday evening the funds were paid. That is within 24 Hours of me sending in my documents my claim was paid! That is world class service!
