I applied for a loan but was initially declined.

I replied to Shaheema to explain my situation. She went out of her way to assist me still considering and adhearing to Capitec's rules and guidelines.

At the end the loan was granted. Service like this is not the norm by any standards and it was a great and unexpected surprise to find this kind of service, especially in a huge company like Capitec. Professional, competent and friendly.!
