TEBOGO saves the Day

I would like to thank Tebogo Ramatlape for her assistance.

I experienced EXTREMELY unsatisfactory service from FNB and Brightpoint who had messed up my smartphone order and I was at the wits end with frustration and anger because the phone was for an anniversary gift and even long after my anniversary the phone had not arrived.

I was contacted by Tebogo who kept me calm, processed my order and rectified that of all the other incompetent staff that I had dealt with prior to that.

She has renewed my faith in FNB.

Her work should not go unnoticed. She went the extra mile to assist whereas others abandoned their duties and passed the blame onto each other.

Please acknowledge her contributions to your company. You need more staff like her.
