I ordered a BB 9360 from FNB Promotions online, i finally received a package on Saturday 15th March only to be presented with an empty Blackberry box which was not wrapped and did not have a security seal on it all it contained was the earphones and instruction manual, thats when the whole problem started trying to report this to FNB, no departments open on Sat and being passed from pilliar to post, i emailed the premiere banker only to get a reply that someone would be in touch but to date no one has, i then reported it to the call centre and was told someone would contact me in 2 - 3 working days (unexceptable) so i decided to take the empty phone to my branch who sent an email to Joburg, still waiting for a reply, I then receive a phone call this morning from a different dept who asks me if i have a technical problem with my new phone - COME ON FNB!!! it is the most stressful thing ever to try and get a new phone from FNB, no one knows what they are doing - All i want is the phone i orderded!!!
