Applied for phone and its been almost 4weeks no re

I applied for a BB 9360 through FNB and everything went well as they kept me informed every day with the status of the application/phone until one day that I received an sms and call from a company called Equinity to inform me that they have received the order for a BB9320 from FNB which is the wrong phone and not the same one i confirmed tellephonically so i told "Equinity" to cancel that order as its not the correct phone. I phoned FNB and they said the 9320 is not what they sent through and they will find out and then get back to me.
A week has passed and i didnt hear anything back so i phoned them and i was informed that they are out of stock of the 9360 which i actually ordered and they will get back to me when they have stock - so another week n half has passed with no word from FNB so i phoned again and i was told there is no order anymore and they will have to call me again to explain the contract - that was done the next day and which was last week wednesday already! To date once again no feedback whatsoever! I am getting very annoyed with the service of such a small thing which wouldve been done weeks ago if only FNB communicated better with "Equinity"!! Still no phone!!
