I opened a new MTN account and from day one i have been having problems with this branch.
1. i was promised a phone By the Saturday at a certain time and that i could collect it. but yet the phone wasn't there and only received it the next day.
2. I continually had to phone them as they promised to phone me by certain times and dates which they never did.
3. I eventually received my phone and started to read the operating manual to use my new I-Phone, All went well until i discovered that my phone's blue tooth doesn't work. ANOTHER ENDLESS PROBLEM AGAIN.
4. I contacted the branch, Emailed the Branch and yet i have still had no solution or response to my problem.
5. The phone is under warranty and i reported the problem within a week as the contract stipulates to report any problems within a week.
6. I need this phone replaced and deserve the type of quality service a client deserves. I don't want the phone to be sent away for a month as it is a new phone phone and must be replaced.
7.This branch has inconvenienced me from day one.
