No record of the debit orde

On the 2oth December 13 my account was debited as normal and another debit order went through on the same day for R49.50. I called and was requested to fax my statement which i faxed on 3rd Jan 14 and again on 10th Jan and still they could not get the fax even though my results were ok for the fax. I have spent way more than the R49.50 trying to get them what they want. I called from the 3rd Jan and I dont believe I still have to follow the 3day process to be called back. Everytime I call and ask for Seitshiro he is always busy and never returns my calls. I explained to more than 5 consultants what my issue is and no one could help. I called Miway's bank after tracing with my bank, they confirmed the DR order comes from Miway. Ref: MIWAYMYDEBDPAD410223. I emailed my internet statement with this reference to Seitshiro who told me he cant work with it he needs a statement from the bank. No one can help me if I give this reference for them to check for me, the only thing they want to work with is my statement. Is this the service thats done My Way or Your way? After a good 5 yrs? The ref i give is the same as statement. I need this policy cancelled asap. POL 928003.
