I am now at point that I am going to go to the Ombudsman! I am not receiving any answers at all! I am told by the automatic answering service that I have 3 claims pending! As far as I know I only have one which I sent through from Standard Bank in Cresta! (I still have the copies)
I have been thrown around from one Department to another and not one person can give me an answer!
No one wants to 'Move forward' maybe it should be a case of 'HOW CAN WE HELP YOU??? '
