Thursday last week I phoned standard bank in connection with my RCP, this was at 9.00 am after being thrown around from department to department I eventually spoke to a lady (I cannot recall who I spoke to) and she said she would sort it out for me and someone would contact me in 48 hours. 9.00 am this morning I had still not received a phone call and after waiting 30 minutes on the line to speak to some one I eventually got through to a gentleman named Tabelo, he said he could not give me an answer but would forward the message on to the appropriate department. It is now a good few hours over the given time frame and I am yet to still hear a response on what the plan is. If this is the way Standard Bank goes about there business then I will look at moving my banking to another credible banker. I have potentially lost out on a business deal because standard bank gives false promises, I am seriously unimpressed.
