As I receive a staff discount from my employer on insurance, there is no insurer that can match the premium I receive. Regretably, I have had to change insurer. I have never had bad service from Miway. On the contrary, I have always received outstanding service from Miway and all of its consultants. Claims have always been paid out promptly, premuims have alwaysy been competitive and queries have been answered efficiently.
When I had to move recently, Martha tried her best to match my premium, and when my debit order went off (as it did as i moved right at debit order time, she ensured that I was refunded the very next day even though it was a Saturday.
