After 21 days of confusion and disappointment I managed to reach one very special employee at One Group by the name Brink.
He had sorted my problem which I have been battling with for more than 21 days, in a matter of minutes. I was refunded the full amount within an hour of our last conversation, he was excellent with his service and a true glowing star in the company and I thank him for his exceptional service!!
Hopefully One Group will recognize his worth within the organisation and reward him!
I will only deal with him from here on out even if I have to hold for 2 hours I know he will get the job done in a timely manner and always happy to do so.
