Dear FNB.

Your motto: "How can we help you? " Please help my by fixing this:

It is now Numerous times when trying to use the Waverley plaza FNB Atm that it just doesnt work. Firstly, there is almost never any R20 or R50 rand notes in the machine, when asked to specify a amount, it always asks to retype a amount that is equal to a hundreds number, eg. R300 or R400. We would really like to be able to draw R240 or R280 or even R250 at a time. Then Secondly, FNB has got an option to use cardless services, which, in theory, is awesome. However, when trying to use the cardless services with this FNB ATM, it just never sends the sms to be able to pin/log in. As a matter of fact, i'm still waiting for these sms's. Can you PLEASE solve this problem, as this is the ONLY FNB ATM in a 7-10KM Radius.
