STILL NO FEEDBACK, UTTERLY DISSAPOINTING

My husband had experienced a transaction on his account in December. We reported this to std.bank. @ the time we received feedback. Client services called us and explained procedure. Till date there has been no urgency for a phone call regarding the transaction occurred on his account. The service to date from std. bank proves the code of conduct to a client and services rendered. Extremely disappointing. There has been no botheration to make contact- as we were initially told. Till date this is extremely disappointing that we have no feedback whats so ever from client services.
