Late last year i atempted to buy a smartphone using FNB, there was so much drama in gettting the phone delivered that i gave up and told them to leave it... I will buy somewhere else. Months later I see on my statement that FNB is debiting my account for the phone i never signed for... It was rediculous enought the first time when you guys played hide and seek with delivery, now charging me account for an item i never recieved is unacceptable. I have had no luck with your call center being told "the matter is being escalated" or transfering me from department to department. I want this dealt this as soon as possible and for you to re-imburse my account the monies taken with interest
