I need Closure letters for my paid-up loans!!!

This is my 5th request...
What do I need to do in order for someone to just send me the "Closure Letters"
for these two loans that were already paid up on the 4th of March 2013.

How long does it usually take... I paid these loans off on the 4th of March
already and sent through the proof of payment to: [Email Removed]
Today is already the 18th of March (10 working days), and still no response from
anyone.

Please can someone kindly assist. I need these letters e-mailed to me Today.
