Dissatisfied with poor after service

I was coerced into taking a cell phone contract with Real people cellular under the pretence that it would be beneficial to my credit scoring, and that it was a great deal. only to realise after the cooling off period that it was the worst choice to make. I have tried to call the call Centre on numerous occasions, I once waited on the line for over 30 minutes and the call dropped, I am unable to make changes on my contract, as Vodacom states that the line belongs to real people cellular.. and only they can activate my CLI... I eventually got through to them and activated it, however I'm still not happy with the contract, I emailed support over 1 month ago, still no response, I also sent a follow up email.. still no response, it seems that they are only interested in making money and not worrying about after sales service. this contract has been a BIG inconvenience ever since the start. I'm paying over R 200 for a contract that gives me R79 worth of airtime, and a cell phone worth R999, this is exploitation... I want something done asap...
