Where is a good service gone too?

Last year September i took two contracts phones with MTN which came with the 24 hour insurance application, i was told the BILL FORM mtn will debit same time with the insurance, from the beginning of my contract i have never missed a payment with with mtn and to my surprise my insurance has been cancelled cause some how i missed two payments... i then did a follow up with the call centre which referred me to head office the person i spoke said their super visor was in a meeting he get back to me, two days past no one has ever called, i called back again the supervisor was too busy to come to the phone after the effort i took as a customer to find out where my money has been going to two contract phone that where supposed to be insured and why was i never notified that i was in arrears for both phones... AM VERY MUCH UNHAPPY and i the person paying should have been consulted before cancellation... i would appreciate a response as to why my insurance was cancelled for both phones, as i never missed a payment with MTN WHICH PROVIDED ME WITH THIS DREADFUL INSURANCE COMPANY
