Since I compalined to Standard Bank insurance from January and they said they will come back to on till today, why do I have to go this way to get my complaint attended to. I really sick and tired of the Atitude of these consultants.

Since from the begginning of my claim in 2010 I had to be taken up and down for my problem to be attended to. This must come to an end, or else I will seek legal assistance for this matter. Our house is falling I have written thousand letters everytime I have to send this and that I am tired.

I am paying my premium without skipping and I am up to date with my payments I wonder why do I have to struggle like this.
